Empowerment Through Transition: A CBT Group for Women in Perimenopause and Menopause.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, replacing them with healthier, more constructive ways of thinking and acting.

What is included in this program?

In this 10-session CBT group focused on perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, up to six women will come together to explore the physical, emotional, and relational challenges of this stage of life. Sessions will cover practical strategies for symptom management, improving sleep hygiene, and regulating mood swings, while also addressing emotional regulation and the impact of changing relationships. Participants will learn techniques to challenge and reframe negative thoughts, promoting better overall well-being. The program will also utilize assessment tools to track progress and tailor interventions to each individual’s needs.
