We’re excited to launch our Mindful Eating Program, designed to help you develop a healthier, more intuitive relationship with food. Whether you're navigating hormonal changes, dealing with emotional eating, or simply looking to feel more energized and balanced, this program will provide practical tools to support your journey.

This program is open to everyone—you don’t have to be a current member to join! Through guided lessons, mindfulness techniques, and community support, you’ll learn how to eat with awareness, break free from restrictive dieting, and truly nourish your body.

Join us and take the first step toward a more mindful, enjoyable, and sustainable way of eating!

Program Includes:

  • Two individual one on one meetings with a Registered Dietician.

  • Two individual one on one meetings with a mindfulness coach.

  • Mindful Eating journal to track progress + a weekly curriculum. 

  • One group virtual gathering on May 21st at 7PM.

  • Group Celebration dinner at The One Hundred Club in Portsmouth on Wednesday June 11th at 6PM. This is your opportunity to put everything you have learned to the test!!
